Plan renewals at your visit
The existing clinic FAQ recommends reviewing and renewing medications during appointments. Bring medication bottles or a current pharmacy list showing each medication name and dose.
If medication will run out
- Contact your pharmacy before you run out.
- Ask the pharmacy to fax a renewal request to the clinic at the clinic fax number, 613-599-3366.
- Allow time for clinical review; a visit or monitoring may be required before renewal.
- Do not request urgent renewals or send medical details by ordinary email.
Fees and controlled medications
