Regular appointments
- Online booking: the existing homepage says online booking is available, while the FAQ says electronic booking is unavailable and another page describes in-person registration. A verified OceanMD link and eligibility rules will replace this notice.
- By telephone: call 613-599-3321. Have your health card available.
- By email: the existing site permits non-urgent appointment requests at westendfamilycareclinic@gmail.com. Email is not continuously monitored and must not contain confidential medical information.
- At checkout: arrange follow-up appointments with reception when leaving the clinic.
Help reception book the right visit
Provide enough non-confidential information for reception to select an appropriate visit length and type. A clinician may not be able to address every concern in one visit, and some concerns require several appointments.
Urgent care is different
Do not use online booking or email for urgent care. Read the same-day urgent-care instructions and call the clinic on the day care is needed.
Changes and cancellations
Emergency: For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
